More minor report requests

For catFR1 reports, it says FR1 in the header (ex. R1388T RAM FR1 report instead of R1388T catFR1 report). Is it possible that for joint reports it will say both FR1/catFR1 in the header, too?

One thing that Paul pointed out is that the SPC curve caption on FR1 and catFR1 reports say: 'stim' and 'non-stim' refer to stim lists and non-stim lists.
Even though there aren't any stim/non-stim lists. If that sentence could be removed from the caption in the record only task reports that would be great too.
