Multi-session record only reports are currently built using the make_report pipeline. It would be cleaner to have all multi-session reports be constructed using the make_aggregated_report pipeline and all single-session reports built using make_report. The primary difference would be that make_report generates the underlying data for a given session that the make_aggregated_report pipeline assumes exists
