What title says. Repro:

Add a news item and save it.

Add a video or binary file inside the news item (or another folderish item).

Edit your content. Add some text, select, click insert link toolbar button. Select the video/binary file you uploaded before. Click OK.

Watch the modal background (semitransparent black) never disappear and you cannot interact with the page anymore.

Nothing on the JS console either.
