Steps to Reproduce

The user clicks on a button
A dialog open.
A form is in the dialog form.
A field of this form is a peoplepicker.
A user write some characters.
The panel with users list is opened under Dialog.

Hi @sgalntt,

Thanks for raising this. The PeoplePicker is using the Fluent UI 8 PeoplePicker, for which we're providing styling options through the styles props.

Maybe you can go that way and try to overwrite default styling of the suggestions, in order to specify a z-index that could go above the Dialog?

If not, I'm not sure we'll be able to do something for that, as the component relies on Fluent UI library for which we don't have the control.

Another test that can be made is using the native Fluent UI 8 PeoplePicker and see if latest version works with the Dialog. If so, maybe we would have to update current version used in the Controls.

Let me know if you manage to figure out something.
