bugs.wireshark.org migrated to Gitlab #60
Comments
It's not at all clear what the ask is here. Please resubmit with a clear problem statement. |
Make a search at https://tshark.dev/search/pcaptable/. Click on a returned capture "Name+Link" |
In August 2020 the Wireshark project migrated most of its development from various self-hosted services such as Gerrit, MoinMoin and Bugzilla to GitLab. After the migration a prominent deprecation notice was posted on each of the old services and they were shut down over time. A few days ago it was bugs.wireshark.org's turn; it's now a placeholder site that redirects to gitlab.com/wireshark/wireshark/-/issues. As a result, links at tshark.dev/search/pcaptable/ are now broken. |
Thanks for providing context on this issue. I don't currently have bandwidth to work on this issue right now, but a future iteration will host its own packet captures and have the ability to upload packet captures. |
I was able to add redirects from the old bugs.wireshark.org attachment URLs to their corresponding GitLab URLs. |
