Error while installing httpx on Ubuntu

When I download httpx, it produces this error (please see it towards the end).

OS: Linux tcmvm 6.8.0-47-generic #47~22.04.1-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Wed Oct 2 16:16:55 UTC 2 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I am not sure what it's asking me to do. I have installed go:
