ULM (Ulm Lecture Machine) on iCE

Thanks for Project F!

I am an absolute beginner in the world of FPGAs. So I can not contribute on a technical level. But I can confirm that it is fascinating world. I also can confirm that efforts like Project F are needed for newbies.

My first project on my very first FPGA (an icebreaker) is a simple computer called ULM (Ulm Lecture Machine). The project therefore is called ULM on iCE.

Of course there's still a lot to improve (and for me to learn) so I welcome any comments on design flaws, hints for good practise examples, hints for making better use of tools etc.
