We want to allow users to execute to access some functionality via voice commands, however, we don't want to have a background thread always listening since it could quickly drain the mobile devices battery, at the same time, we want to allow the platform to be easy to use for people with Visual Impairment.

Functionality to be accessible though Voice Commands
