airvpn has changed their NYC servers and Gluetun can no longer connect when SERVER_CITIES="New York City"

I just compared https://raw.githubusercontent.com/qdm12/gluetun/refs/heads/master/internal/storage/servers.json with whats on airvpn at the moment.

@qdm12 is more or less the only maintainer of this project and works on it in his free time.
Please:

• do not ask for updates, be patient
• 👍 the issue to show your support instead of commenting
  @qdm12 usually checks issues at least once a week, if this is a new urgent bug,
  revert to an older tagged container image

Just wanted to add that it seems that AirVPN also changed their UK servers. Meaning that I had to comment out the SERVER_NAMES AND SERVER_COUNTRIES variables.

If I may add in, the California servers from airvpn are also different. With 3 of them specifically for Los Angeles.

If it might help:

Four new New York Servers

Three new California Servers

Three new Arizona Servers
