Description

To enhance observability in KubeRay, we propose adding a new metric ray_clusters_created_total. This metric tracks the total number of ray clusters created

Proposed Metric

Metric Name Type Description Labels
ray_clusters_created_total Counter The total number of ray clusters created - created_by_ray_job: true/false
- created_by_ray_service: true/false
- namespace
