Description

A common development experience for using ADAG is to use it to build complex schedules like ZB PP and TP. It would really accelerate the dev experience if there was a local mode, where mini ray processes can be spawned paired with a good observability tool to allow you to debug the actual schedule, identify bubbles, unexpected scheduling later down the pipeline as well as bubbles (which you can optimize).
