Feature

Display dates output as DD/MMM/YYYY (first three letters of the month, e.g.: 31/MAR/2016) and times output as HHMM TZ (military time with timezone: 1550 PDT)"

Reasoning

It is less ambiguous which part is the month-component and is more compatible with worldwide written date notations.
