Describe the bug
I am building a web app with reflex.dev and everytime I make any updates to the code, I am getting the "New packages detected: Updating app..." message in the command line and the app doesn't load. Have to kill the session and run "reflex.dev" again. This happens 9 out of 10 times. Didn't get the error before.
