f_prum updated so it closes any open todos

Presumably when a prum is finished, so are all the tasks that were needed to finish it so update the prum finishers to finish all the open tasks automatically. Maybe tell the user which tasks are being auto-finished in case they see any they want to reopen. Don't provide logic to reopen them, just make the user aware what is happening
