Errors if repo has no labels

I tried to add a label to the solid org, and it stopped with this error:

Error: 404 - https://api.github.com/repos/solid/solid-tpf/labels

I find that this repo doesn't have any labels, so that's probably the reason, but that shouldn't stop the script from adding some.

Huh, now it doesn't give 404 anymore... Perhaps that wasn't the reason.

I did get that error on a brand-new repo with default labels (9 in total).
