Add local fixtures

Describe the issue

When the https://doc.rero.ch service will be stopped it will be impossible to have test documents. We need thus to create fixtures to be loaded in the test instances as done for the rero-ils.

What should be done?

Choose a set of documents (OAI-sets) import to a local instance and dumps this to a new JSON file, or create dummy documents.

• dev: sonardev.test.rero.ch
