[Feature Request] Per Game Controller Mapping and Sensitivity Support

I wanted to see if there might be a way to add in a feature to change the Controller Map per game. I have found that I need (or want) to change how my buttons are mapped when I swap between certain N64 games. This mostly has to do with the difference of using the D-Pad VS the Joystick on the old controller and how it Maps to a XBox Controller.

The second thing I would like to see is Sensitivity Support for Joystick / D-Pad. For some reason my controller always feels TOO sensitive when trying to look around or move.
