Note that all code, code comments and commit messages are in English. From a technical perspective, this makes an Open Source project part of a larger community.

However, the primary users are Swedish Government agencies, so we decided to write the issues used for tracking bugs and ongoing development in Swedish. Hopefully this makes the project more transparent for some non-technical users.
