On service startup, can query the Eth contract for image ID and ensure it's consistent with the one used for proof gen to avoid issues.

re-opened because it's a hard to debug issue for new users. Impl would be checking contract for image ID through imageId() solidity call, and then comparing against the image ID of the ELF used to generate proofs
