unable to add a tag with spaces

Describe the bug
Unable to get a label to work when it has spaces and a - in it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  - location: body
    keywords:
      - 'Critcal'
    labels:
      - 'P1 - critical'

Expected behavior
a rule with a tag with spaces does not seem to work at all

@riyadhalnur, i cloned the repo and tried figure out what you were doing, and it seems like i am really bad at js. I am sorry i cannot help come up with a solution.
