Proposal

Could there be a simpler development configuration, especially for creating new custom skins?

Motivation and context

To set up the project locally, complex configurations are required, which are often unnecessary for a development environment. For creating skins, the only requirement should be access to the panel to view and test front-end changes. However, even then, I still need to have IMAP configured in order to log into the platform.

To see all UI elements you need a list of emails and some emails to preview anyway. You could probably use some local IMAP server like we do in browser tests.

I don't think we'll find time to work on such a tool.
