Can't scrolling the table info pane

Hi! Thanks again for making whale!

From the README gif, it appears that you can scroll down the right-side pane with the table info? I've tried a few possible keyboard/mouse combination, but clearly I must be missing one.

scrolling with two fingers works for me on my Mac, not sure about Windows

looking more into skim code showed that preview panel could be pageg up/down by Shift-up/dow. Actually it should be mapped into Up/Down not PageUp/PageDown but seems that the current skim that whale is using still has the bug that is fixed in skim-rs/skim#398 but still not included in the latest release 0.9.4

In my env., the Shift+Up/Down did not work just because Iterm2 is using that binding. Turn of the binding makes page the preview panel as expected.
