It is, also I can open the discussion system to make this easier if you dislike zulip.

@lu-zero New to Zulip. Just signed up. Does Rust-AV have it's own Zulip or does it use the official Rust one https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com?

We have our own zulip and an irc channel on libera.chat.
