Problem

Updating the summary manually after moving content is inefficient.

Changing a content directory should automatically update the summary.

A VS Code extension could streamline this process.

Previewing the book inside VS Code would improve workflow.

There are many ways to integrate mdBook with VS Code for a smoother experience.
