SimpleElastix docker image

Sorry for raising it as an issue. But do you know what was the docker image size for SimpleElastix that you have. I build locally and size was 18 GB.😭

To be honest, I don't use SimpleElastix, I helped someone that did need this Dockerfile so I cannot guarantee it worked. I think the final size was about 2 Gb, I uploaded the image to the Docker hub.

docker pull said3427/simpleelastix:latest

Maybe you are adding some local files. Try to use my image as a base and tell me if it works.
