I have ran polyApipe on multiple datasets (using the suggest method by the authors) and have loaded the data into Seurat to analyse with PASTA.
I've merged the seurat objects after getting the ranges and adding the PolyA assay to the seurat object, however when I do this, everything in the polyA assay meta.features (apart from the strand column) is removed from the merged object.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Best wishes
