希望官网可以给更多的例子，比如每日7:01到7:30执行一次（01-30 7 once * *）
解释更清晰，比如//@crontab * 10 once * * 每天10点-10:59中运行一次,假设当10:04时运行了一次,10:05-10:59的后续的时间将不会再运行，增加解释：优先10:00执行（我不熟悉这个crontab，只是一个建议）
