[Feature Request] Button to Toggle from Preview Mode

There is not button in the top right corner to toggle from preview mode to editor mode when Previews Mode is set to Previews Only

To add a toggle mode button at the top right corner in VSCode when viewing a markdown file in preview mode to toggle the mode from preview to editor.
