The sl-relative-time component behavior changed after version 2.15.1, losing its original automatic date formatting functionality. Starting from version 2.18.0, a title attribute must be explicitly set and formatted to display the date correctly.
This issue was discussed in GitHub Discussion #2184
Expected Behavior:
The sl-relative-time component should automatically format and display the date without requiring a title attribute, as it did in versions prior to 2.16.0. and allow a title to do it explicit yourself (maybe a feat if the removal of the inicial behaviour was intentional).
