需要将200MB左右的文件打的diff尽可能的小，请问用什么样的参数最优？

参数排列组合很多，要找到“最小”可能比较难；需要比较小的话，可以试试：
hdiffz -c-lzma2-9-128m -m-2 -SD-8m -block-1m -cache ...
