Feature request: tag management

First of all, thanks you for creating Linkding. It is a great app. Simple and effective.
There are just a couple of things I am missing, when it comes to tags, which I hope you can add in a future version:

1. Tag management. I would like to manage tags from a tag perspective, instead of from a link perspective. It would be great if we could create tags (without using them), rename tag and delete tags.
2. It would also be nice if we could have tags with spaces.
3. Coloring of labels. It would be great if I could categorize certain labels with a certain color for example. And to be able to enable/disable this feature via settings.

That is interesting I didn't know there was an admin area. How do you get there?
