Hey everyone,

This is going to be my first open source contribution so I wanted it to be something simple.

I noticed that there were a few typos in the README.
For example - Privay instead of Privacy and Make sure that your page respect user privacy. instead of
Make sure that your page "respects" user privacy.

I'd like to go through the README and fix as many grammatical errors as I can.
