Fixed billing amount per project?

Hi,

I believe that typical freelancer need is "fixed billing amount per project".

It could be easily implemented in this way that "billing rate per hour" for the project is automatically
updated as the time is tracked (billing rate per hour = fixed amount for the project DIVIDE hours tracked).

When estimated time is entered for the project then we can also show estimated rate per hour.

In this way the user knows how much he makes per hour.
