Pending resolution of speced/bikeshed#3011 or updates made to underlying specs, this adds a temporary mechanism to drop offending wrapping single quotes in the definitions of properties and values during data curation, so that we may publish a new version of `@webref/css` while the problem gets fixed.

Thanks for the PR! I added a patch in Webref that does the same thing in the meantime. I find these links useful as they allow to track a term back to its formal syntax definition, but I can certainly survive without them. |
Version 5.0.0 of Bikeshed seems to no longer like the CSS value autolinking syntax (

) in regular production rules. It keeps the wrapping''
