request URL in Hello.js has no response

The ajax url http://rest-service.guides.spring.io/greeting as it is in Hello.js today doesn't respond to GET/POST/PUT method. Postman test returned HTTP code 404. As a result, visiting localhost:8080 doesn't yield the expected outcome (No ID or Content displayed; The ID value doesn't increment each time the page is refreshed).
