Pick up changes to code while debugging

Problem Description

In spyder debug mode，change the code
Need to end the debugging and enter the debugging again，to recognize the modified code.

Is there a way to identify newly modified code without exiting debug mode？

• Spyder version: 5.4.3

• Python version: 3.10

• Operating System name/version: Win11

Unfortunately, that's not possible at the moment. But we'll try to take a look at it for Spyder 6.

Some notes about this:

• I think the main solution to this problem is described on issue Idea: autoreload when iPdb restarting ipython/ipython#14062.
• But that requires the restart Pdb command, which right now is broken in our debugger (I got a long traceback after running it).
