(chocolatey#18) Pin esbuild and upgrade Astro

This upgrades Astro to the latest version and it's dependencies. This
also pins esbuild to use 0.25.0. This dependency needed to be upgraded,
however it is a dependency of Astro, and there is no version of Astro
available that uses 0.25.0+.
