codegate-version command returning "CodeGate version: unknown"

Describe the issue

On the current codegate:latest, using co-pilot integration, when I send codegate-version as a prompt, I receive "CodeGate version: unknown"

Steps to Reproduce

• Update codegate to latest
• Using previously existing co-pilot configuration
• Verify codegate is working (redacting secrets, etc.)
• Send prompt "codegate-version"
• Receive response "CodeGate version: unknown"

Hey folks! This should be fixed in v0.1.9. Note that the command has changed to codegate version instead of codegate version. Cheers!
