using https://cdn.steemjs.com/lib/latest/steem.min.js

i read some stuff online to use steem.memo.decode however memo isn't included in that JS.

am i doin it wrong?

I confirm there is no memo in steem.min.js, however it exists in library, if you import it as npm package.
