Inconsistency between SU2 and TITAN pressure definition #18

TITAN assumes and calculates pressure as: p - p_freestream

SU2 assumes and calculates pressure as: p

but when retrieving the SU2 solution to TITAN, the implementation is:

TITAN_pressure = SU2_pressure
