Feeds should be marked as having been updated at the publish time of the latest post, not Date.now(). Probably.

Turns out we aren't marking up feeds' publish dates at all. The change I was seeing was node-rss apparently generating "last build date" information.

It'd be nice if we added a smart publish date, though.
