Stripe M2 reader disconnects from USB if another device tries to connect to it over Bluetooth

Summary

I'm trying to connect an M2 reader via USB. However, when another device tries to connect to the same reader through Bluetooth, it causes the USB connection to disconnect. Is there an option to disable Bluetooth discovery for the M2 reader when it's connected via USB?
