Version info

Description

The author and email observed in Git Bash and Sublime Merge do not match when using the Conditional Includes feature of GIT in .gitconfig.

Steps to reproduce

In .gitconfig

[includeIf "gitdir:D:/SomeFolder/**"]
  path = C:/Users/Me/.work/.gitconfig

.work/.gitconfig

[user]
    name = Earth 'Worm' Jim
    email = [MY WORK EMAIL]

From GitBash at location of [D:/SomeFolder/SomeProject] output of
git config --list

includeif.gitdir:D:/SomeFolder/**.path=C:/Users/Me/.work/.gitconfig
user.name=Earth 'Worm' Jim
user.email=[MY WORK EMAIL]

Expected behavior

The author and email observed in Git Bash and Sublime Merge should match.
