The hidden app window still appears in Mission Control on macOS

Description

The app window appears in the macOS Mission Control as some micro window after being hidden using the Command+H shortcut.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open the app
2. open some repository (probably optional step)
3. press Command+H
4. open Mission Control
5. the small version of a Sublime Merge window still visible

Expected behavior

The app isn't shown in the Missing Control.

The issue is not related to repository data but with app window management. Therefore, no debug information is provided.
