Turtle blocks taking to long to load

Description

Turtle blocks takes 3:26 to load, while Music blocks takes 0:18 to load. Both of them loads eventually.

Expected Behavior

Turtle blocks should not take this long to load, it is mostly the same code as music blocks

I believe you were testing this on:
Galaxy Tab A8
SM-X200

running Android version 14

and on Chromium

Is that correct? Anything else we need to know?

@nathannnie I can't seem to be able to reproduce this issue on my machine.

I think it's safe to assume that the issue stems from overall performance issues, which @apsinghdev and others are currently looking into, and that these Android devices experience the problem more because of their lack of computational power.

This issue is not solved, but I think it's distracting to have a separate issue for this. Please see #4305 instead.
