Percentage 0 is not workin any more

When I set my blind to 3 percent it goes to 3 percent. When i then go back to 2 percent it goes to 2 percent. But when I then go to 0 percent it doesn't do anything. Also open and close don't work anymore. I'm using domoticz Version: 2024.4
Do more of you have the same problem?

Is it possible to solve this issue? If you need more data or debug information please let me know.
