How to change the positioning of the feature image?

Very simple and straightforward question. I can even make edits to the HTML, but how can I make this appear on the website itself?

You would need to update or create a layout in _layout and have one where the navbar in _include is after the main image and title.

It's a bit confusing to me, I'm not very fluent in programming, but things don't seem to make much sense, at least, I didn't see any file that has the order in which the elements appear. But what would be the default file for the home page layout? It should be the one in the image below but from what I understand it only has what is necessary to load the image but it doesn't call the navigation bar above

If you pull it, you should be able to get what you want, however now that the navbar is not in the default layout, it needs to be added in the pages you want to see it. And probably you'll want to update the CSS to match your liking.
