[feature] add an option to support a remote /.dotfiles/ folder

Dotfiles can be either copied or symlinked. When symlinked, they are linked from the loco/instances directory; they could be symlinked to a specific directory.

This could help to:

• keep a .dotfiles directory in the home directory

• use a directory out of the loco/instances folders structure

• A -F option could be provided to set a specific dotfiles target path

• a yaml .dotfiles.path could be provided
