If there are no projects in the Web IDE, you can allow the user to import from local or github without extra clicks.

In order to perform a local import or import from Github now, the user has to create an extra project to discover these features.

In any case the user specifies the project name when importing, it would be great to add buttons to import from other places when there are no projects in the Web IDE
