Issue is caused by bugs or behavior differences in Zendesk Libraries - Please report to them!
First of all, great work with this project!
I am trying to see if there is a way to disable the Answer Bot asking the user questions when there are no agents online. I would like to make it so the user just receives a message asking them to send an e-mail when there are no agents available.
Is that something that I can do using this package? Or is this more a configuration on my Zendesk Account side?
